The Ticketing System of the future with a little help from Spirius
Liveday is a technology solution that streamlines administration primarily for professional sports clubs by consolidating everything needed into one system. Instead of navigating between different systems for CRM, match administration, data exports, and campaigns, Liveday offers a platform where everything is integrated from the start.
– Liveday is the ticketing system of the future for professional sports, but it’s more than just ticket booking. We offer physical ticket counters, the ability to buy the club’s merchandise, book restaurant tables in the arena, and pre-order at kiosks. We bring everything together in one checkout flow, says Axel Nilsson, Product Manager at Liveday.
The platform is designed to give organizers full control, the opportunity for selling more, and to create a better customer experience. Liveday started three years ago and already has framework agreements with four leagues and contracts with 45 clubs in Sweden today, with plans to expand internationally.
– Our CEO comes from the sports world and saw that the ticketing systems available today are not built for professional clubs. There’s a difference between concert and festival-goers and sports supporters because they follow their team in a different way. With Liveday, the club gets a season-based setup where they can promote matches, see data about which visitors are returning, get a profile with the club’s colors, and even integrate their own apps, among other things, continues Axel Nilsson.
Liveday’s platform includes a CRM system for email dispatches and notifications. It also includes an SMS service provided by Spirius.
– It has worked really well and was easy to integrate. Plus, it’s offered at a competitive price, concludes Axel Nilsson.
