Spirius launches new SMS service
Spirius new service Smart Replypath creates a virtual thread in SMS communication that makes it easier to follow.
– In an email, the history is visible, but usually not in a text message, explains Jonas Rexeke, CEO of Spirius. For example, if you are booking three cars and receive a text message per car to confirm the bookings. How does the system know which one you book – or cancel? Whether you respond directly or a month later, Smart Replypath can keep track of which SMS you respond to. Smart Replypath can also be used for vouchers, ticket bookings, etc. It is also possible to choose whether to receive only the first or all responses.
